Custom software development · Minneapolis, MN Custom web apps for businesses that outgrew their spreadsheets.

We plan, design, build, and support custom software for companies in the Twin Cities and beyond: web apps, portals, dashboards, booking systems, and internal tools. If your team works around your software, we'll build software that works around your team.

Sound familiar?

Signs you need a web app, not another spreadsheet.

Your team copies the same data between four tools. By hand. Every day.

Customers email you for answers a simple portal could show them.

One spreadsheet runs the whole company, and only Dave understands it. Dave is on vacation.

What we build

Web apps we build most often

Client portals

A login where customers check orders, download files, pay invoices, and stop emailing you.

Internal tools

Custom software for how your team actually works: intake, approvals, scheduling, inventory.

Booking and payments

Reservations, class registration, and checkout that take money without taking your afternoon.

Dashboards and reporting

Your numbers in one place, updated on their own, readable by humans.

Integrations and APIs

We connect your CRM, payment processor, and data feeds so they talk to each other.

SaaS products

Have an idea people would pay for? We build and launch our own, so we know every step from first sketch to paying customers.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. Discovery

We ask a lot of questions. You get a written plan, a timeline, and a real price.

  2. Design

You see and click through the screens before we write a line of production code.

  3. Build

We build in short rounds and demo as we go, so you see the app take shape before launch day.

  4. Launch and support

We launch it, train your team, and stick around for hosting, fixes, and new features.

What's included

Everything it takes to go live, and stay live.

Every web app project includes these. No surprise line items three months in.

  • Discovery workshop and written project plan
  • Interface design and clickable prototype
  • Development, testing, and accessibility checks
  • Hosting setup, security, and backups
  • Launch, training, and documentation
  • A 90-day warranty: bugs in our code fixed at no cost

Under the hood

Modern tools, picked for the job.

We choose tools that will still be supported in five years, so your app doesn't become someone else's rescue project.

FAQ

Web app questions

How much does a custom web app cost?

It depends on features and integrations. We don't carry big-agency overhead, so you get senior-level work for less than larger dev shops charge. After discovery, we send a fixed written price, and it doesn't move without a conversation.

How long does it take to build a web app?

A focused first version usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. Bigger platforms ship in phases, so you start using the first phase sooner.

Do you only work with Minneapolis businesses?

No. We're based in Minneapolis and build web apps for businesses across the Twin Cities, Minnesota, and the US. Planning and reviews work well over video calls, and we're happy to meet in Minneapolis or St. Paul when it helps.

What does the 90-day warranty cover?

For 90 days after launch, we fix any bug in the code we wrote at no cost. New features or changes outside the original scope are estimated and billed by the hour, and you hear the estimate before any work starts.

Who owns the code?

You do. Once the project is paid in full, the code and data are yours.

Can you take over an app someone else built?

Usually, yes. We start with a code review so you know what you have before you spend more on it.
